The association 'Tshe Friends of Michel Miniussi', invited by the festival organisers (Committee for the Preservation of the Old Village) presents a selection of Occitan writers with wide-ranging inspirations:
Daniel DAUMAS, Provençal-language singer-songwriter, storyteller and writer from Haute-Provence;
Jean-Claude FORET, writer and representative of the publishing house Jorn;
the novelist and poet Michel MINIUSSI who spent his youth in Cannes;
the poet Alan PELHON from the valleys above Nice;
the writer and translator Frédéric VOILLEY, a painter and sculptor

JORN (34150 MONTPEYROUX), represented by Jean-Claude Forêt, will present authors and poets in Provençal and Nissart
The association La DRALHA (06300 NICE) will present Alan Pelhon's last volume of texts
At 11:00 and 15:00, 'Daumas Cantistorias', a programme of songs and recitals by Daniel Daumas accompanying himself on the guitar, alternating with Mauris singing settings of Nissart poems by Alan Pelhon.
A bilingual 'café littéraire' on the Place de la Fontaine, chaired by Frederic Voilley and Jean-Claude Forêt, offers French and Occitan writers the opportunity to present their work.
